This Auction will be live until Sunday March 28th 7PM. Auction will begin closing Sunday March 28th 1 lot every 20 seconds beginning at 7PM. Pick up for this auction will be at our warehouse 315 Great Bridge Blvd Suite G Chesapeake 23320 on Tuesday March 30th from 12-6PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Failure to pick up your items will result in you forfeiting your items without refund and may result in permanent ban of our auctions (PLEASE READ OUR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS https://www.coastaldownsizing.com/terms-and-conditions) It is the bidders responsibility to know when pick up day is. Within 24 hours of the auction closing, all bidders will receive an email with their paid invoice and the pick up address listed at the top of the invoice. If you are unable to pick up on the designated date you may request that your eligible items be shipped or you may send someone else to pick up your items on the scheduled pick up day. After reviewing your invoice, If you are unable to locate the pick up address (listed on the top of your invoice), please give us a call @ 757-482-7192 or email coastaldownsizing@gmail.com. Winning bidders must bring their own loading help and packing material. Coastal Downsizing does not supply any boxes or packing materials.

SHIPPING: If you require shipping on eligible items, it is your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of the auction closing by emailing a copy of your paid invoice to coastaldownsizing@gmail.com. All shipping will be done approximately 3 business days after local pick up is complete. Once we package and weigh your items you will receive an email and text notification of shipping cost at which time you can pay online. Please be advised that Coastal Downsizing processes all shipping in house and we try to ship the most economical option. All packages are shipped with a tracking number via USPS, UPS, or FedEX. If shipping USPS please expect delays. All shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
TAX EXEMPT?
Bidder must submit tax exempt form via email to coastaldownsizing@gmail.com. If you live in Virginia and are tax exempt you must submit a completed Sales and Use tax Certificate of Exemption ST-10. We must receive your tax exempt forms prior to the auction closing. If you don't receive an email conformation within 24 hours that we received it then bidder must call us at 757-482-7192. No tax exempt certificates will be accepted once auction starts to close. Coastal Downsizing WILL NOT credit any tax after the auction closes NO EXCEPTIONS
